Trip to see the cousins

It never ceases to amaze how exhausting simply driving a car can be. After a trip to Cape Coral to visit Forest's family, and a trip from there to Tampa and back to the Cape, then driving home, we still are not quite sure exactly what it is that makes Mommy and Daddy so tired by the end of it. But we are always glad we went and got to see family. This trip there were two new family members--our own Josiah had a lot of family to meet, and our own family hadn't met Forest's newest nephew, William, who was born in December. It was fun to see our kids have fun with their cousins, and it was especially fun for Forest and Laura to get away for a couple days with just Josiah. The kids had a lot of fun with Grandma and Grandpa while Mom and Dad were away. Forest and Laura walked around and saw some of the sights in Tampa, and the kids did lots of rainy-day crafts with Grandma. Josiah just rolled with all of it, though by the time we got home he was a little weary of his car seat.
