Here is the video of Nathanael reciting the books of the Bible, from Feb 20th. He has become better and does not miss the Chronicles, 2 Corinthians, 2 Timothy, or 3 John like in these videos. Also, he's still very much a distractable boy, as you can see. But he loves to say them, and gets upset if we don't do them at tooth-brushing time.

So Nathanael can say all the books of the Bible in order! It all started with Forest saying them while brushing his teeth, then Nathanael would randomly recite sections in his bed when he was supposed to be going to sleep. One day it was all the minor prophets, one day it was the penteteuch, and it grew into all 66 books of the Bible. I'll post some video of it later.
Hannah is getting teeth! I know you are all thinking I am just blowing her excessive drooling and mouthing of toys out of proportion, but they are actually breaking through her gums! I was surprised to see them there in her smile this morning. She sure is getting them without much fuss. Also she's beating her brother to them. His first tooth came March 29th when he was 5 months old. She's breaking through today and she's not even 4 months old yet! I guess she's just trying to catch up with her brother.
Hannah has taken to playing quite a lot now. She enjoys her rattles and swing. She even likes any fabric she can grab--burp rag, hem of her dress, blanket, etc. Hannah adores her big brother and likes to watch him play too. She can be silly at times--like talking to the picture of the baby on the diaper box. When we go to the grocery store she would rather face outward in her sling than snuggle close to mommy now too. The world is an exciting place and she doesn't want to miss anything.
She laughed for the first time for Daddy yesterday while Mommy was in class!! He was making silly faces at her and she chuckled. Then when Daddy was at a work meeting she laughed for Mommy. Hannah was getting her bath on the bathroom counter and sitting up to look in the mirror while Mommy washed her back and Mommy coughed. To make sure she wasn't scared, Laura turned her head to cough, then smiled at Hannah in the mirror--to which Hannah laughed. The rest of bathtime was full of small giggles.
