We've had a little bit of snow in the last 2 weeks. Forest got a couple snow days off work this week and was able to take Nathanael sledding with some friends one day. The snow hung out long enough to enjoy in our yard too, for the benefit of the girls who are not quite ready to be as adventurous as Dad and Nathanael on the big hills around town.
Oh, to be a child and enjoy shoveling the snow. How much longer till they will actually be able to
accomplish the task without adult assistance?
Nathanael can sled all by himself in our back yard, run and jump onto the sled and go all the way down to the middle of our back yard.
Hannah prefers to sled in our back yard, small long hill, no snow blowing up in her face.

Talitha liked her first sled ride, as long as she was being pulled slowly and she didn't lose her balance
She even liked to crawl in the snow, or just walk in our driveway enjoying what the big kids were doing.
