The Lord is truly a Great God! One year ago we were excited that Laura had gone into labor on black Friday while shopping at the mall. We took Nathanael to the Bell's house and checked into the hospital late in the afternoon, around 4 o'clock. After a few hours of laboring and only four pushes, Hannah Elizabeth was born at 10:21 pm at 7lbs, 4oz, and 21.5". We were so excited to have a beautiful baby girl. 
Not too long after, Laura thougtht something was wrong with her and called the nurses to come take a look. At 4am they took her away and didn't bring her back to Laura's room. She was not breathing properly and needed to go to an advanced NICU in another hospital. Forest went with her and Laura stayed behind to recover.
God is Sovereign and He had Hannah taken to an excellent children's hospital where she was on a ventilator for only three days and then was moved to a less-intensive NICU for the remainder of a week to finish out a course of antibiotics. Eight days after birth, Hannah came home to meet her brother!
The Lord has been faithful over this last year as Hannah has never had any other breathing problems. She has grown into a wonderful little girl that loves to read books, dance, play with her brother, and get into everything. We do truly have a Great God!
